Our trees
Our planting stock is purchased from some of the best grafters and propagators in western Canada and the USA. Although this often means paying a premium at the outset, it’s our belief that starting with high quality plants is the most important thing that we can do to ensure that we have a great product to sell to our customers.
Premium Stock
Growing trees can be challenging. We work with an agronomist and a certified arborist to follow the latest developments on soil biology and pruning techniques, then test and incorporate these into our farm where possible.
Specialized Care
By planting cover crops and minimizing soil disturbance, we are greatly reducing the need for synthetic inputs to grow our trees. Using mindful pruning techniques, we have control over the shape, structure, and safety of our trees well before they move to their future urban environments.
